Income Guidelines (subject to change)
To qualify, applicants must make at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as of April 18, 2022:
- Individual = $43,800
- 2 People = $50,040
- 3 People = $56,280
- 4 People = $62,520
Note: Individuals must have proof of income, must meet other requirements, and demonstrate ability to pay rent listed.
